Banana Fest

Last week, our house was like having a Banana Fiesta (feast term in Filipino). First, I made Choco Banana Muffins, then I bought a bunch of Saba (or Cardaba) bananas for breakfast the next day. We had  boiled bananas paired with brown sugar (yum!). The rest of the uncooked bananas were reserved for maruya (fried bananas). Too bad I was so excited to eat them, I forgot to take a pic. Haha Thanks to Mr. Google I found a very nice photo of maruya. :)

    Hi Mrs A, I'm sure you can find one there. :) I think my sister mentioned to me before that there's a Filipino store there. :)
